Refund Policy

This page defines the public-facing refund posture for DigiVax website and access-request surfaces.

DigiVax evaluates, classifies, verifies, and renders deterministic trust outputs. Customer systems execute customer-owned actions.

No Payment Through Wizard

The public wizard does not collect payment, activate service, authorize licensed use, or grant entitlement.

Contracted Services

Refunds, payment milestones, license authorization, deployment completion, and delivery obligations are governed by the applicable executed agreement or order form.

Licensed Materials

Runbook and manual access is controlled by entitlement state through the Delivery Gateway. Signed downloads do not indicate broader license rights unless stated in the governing agreement.
